KESTINY GLOVER - COOKSEY
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
A proud servant of God. Wife, honorable mother and friend. There really couldn’t be a more dedicated person for this God-given assignment. With a keen belief in the power of God, unity, community, transparency and love, Kestiny Glover-Cooksey is dedicated to the children, families, and the cause of The Kayson Kids Foundation, as the birth mother of Kayson Cooksey.
An Administrative Professional with experience in Metro Nashville Public Schools. In pursuit of a license as a Minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. A (clean) hip-hop and gospel dance coach, licensed Zumba instructor, writer and short story author. A Certified Women's Entrepreneur through eCornell University.
Kestiny is an advocate for the voiceless, a lover of laughter, people and the arts. Kestiny is responsible for managing the day to day operations of The Kayson Kids Foundation.
DESTINY LABARRE'
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Destiny LaBarre' is a faithful servant of God, and licensed Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A devoted mother, motivational speaker, mime, (clean) hip-hop and praise dancer. A licensed cosmetologist for 10 plus years, a short story author, former Barbizon Modeling and Acting Student and Instructor. Lastly, a certified Christian life coach with experience in the Ezell-Harding Christian School community.
Destiny oversees ongoing business operations within the organization. We are blessed to have this woman of many gifts and talents with us!
LAKEITHA GLOVER - LABARRE'
Treasurer
Personable, a true woman of faith, vibrant and detail-oriented. LaKeitha Glover-LaBarre' is a former Federal and Probation employee, and parenting instructor. A northern girl, but well known for her southern hospitality, especially in the kitchen. A medical billing and coding specialist, doting wife, mother and grandmother. We are thrilled to have such a wonderful Treasurer and person as a member of our team.
KEVIN LABARRE'
Facilities Manager
Kevin LaBarre' is the epitome of hard work and dedication. A Superintendent, Certified OSHA Professional, and Quality Inspector. With 30 plus years as a drywall finisher and expertise in demolition, concrete, asbestos detection and most recent, mold removal. A front-line, essential worker and current employee of the VA Hospital of Nashville, Tennessee.

Kevin is a husband of over 30 years, a present father and grandfather. He has come on board with trust and faith in God as the Facilities Manager of The Kayson Kids Foundation before there is even a physical location in sight. This is what we call top-tier faith in the Lord!
